"I have been researching travel trailers and came upon the R Pod and liked what I saw but wanted more information, I had spoken with several dealerships including those located in Jacksonville and was amazed that sales people did not listen to what I was saying or what I was looking for. When I contacted your company I was transferred to Derek, who was professional, information, listened and responded directly to my questions without trying to lead me in another direction, and what I appreciated most was he did not make feel feel my questions were silly or would only come from a woman. My plan is to drive to Texas to purchase when I am ready and spend the drive back to Florida as a trail run.
