"Our story involes both RV Max and RV Max 2. Debbie at RV M 2 was awesome. I had found a trailer I liked but my wife didn't like the shower it had, so instead of just going with me, Debbie took the wifes side and kept looking for a trailer that had a shower my wife wanted. Thats when she stated she had one but it was at Whitesboro, and is a different brand than what we were looking at. Since it was close to our home in Lewisville we went to look at it, Debbie called to assure the trailer was there, and informed Derek we were coming to see it. The next day Derek was there waiting on us, he could not have been nicer or more helpful. He helped us through the buying process, made sure were set up with everything we needed. He was super a real asset to RV max. This whole experience was so great and to top it off to show how dedicated they all are the owner gave us $100. store credit because off all the travel we made to buy with them. "We had traveld eight hours from home to go camping on lake texoma. After seting up camp we descoverd our hot water heater was not working properly. Rv max agreed to look at it at our earliest convenience. Upon inspection they found a few wires had come loose from the heater unit and repaired them free of charge. For offering to service a comper not purchaced from them or under any warinty free of charge to out of state customers speaks greatly of their high standards of customer service. Based on my experience with rv max I would recomond them to anybody shoping for an rv or looking for a quality place for rv repair."

"I would like to thank all RV MAX for thier help, trust and suport !!!! The 24RTH Gulfstream was our first new trailer purchase, and what an experiance it was. From the minite we parked to three days later when we picked it up. ( Two Days Before Xmas). We visited many dealers in three months, but not one gave so much info. From helping with the right trail for us, the right trailer to match our tow vehical to just down right nice sales and mechanical personel. We never once felt pressured, in fact they asked us to walk around and feel free to enter any trailer we wished with out some one pushing behind us all the time. So you all know they beat all priceing within a 100 mile circal we looked. Including the internet. We said that we felt like long time friends. I can tell you for sure when it comes time again, we will go back.

"From the initial sales visit to our first service call, Derek, Doug and the team have performed admirably and well beyond expectations. The sales and delivery experience was completely painless and easy, everything completed on time as promised. We had a major hardware problem (bed mount) on our first outing, brought the R-POD to Doug on Saturday morning, and was back on the road within the hour, everything fixed. "I have been researching travel trailers and came upon the R Pod and liked what I saw but wanted more information, I had spoken with several dealerships including those located in Jacksonville and was amazed that sales people did not listen to what I was saying or what I was looking for. When I contacted your company I was transferred to Derek, who was professional, information, listened and responded directly to my questions without trying to lead me in another direction, and what I appreciated most was he did not make feel feel my questions were silly or would only come from a woman. My plan is to drive to Texas to purchase when I am ready and spend the drive back to Florida as a trail run.
